~In this EVP session you will hear a female EVP-spirit voice. This was captured at the Madison City Hall on our last investigation. Listen closely at about 4 minutes and 24 seconds and you will hear a voice right before Jennifer's questions and comments. We have not yet figured out what the voice is saying...some of the team thinks it might be either, "Not Here", "Not You", or others are thinking maybe the voice was in another language. Or there is a possibility that the spirit voice was interrupted by Jennifer's next question. This makes it an intelligent personality haunting, because it is able to communicate. |
